We work with a panel of seniors aged 65–85 across the US. They use each product in their real daily lives — not in a lab — and report back honestly.
Caregivers review the setup experience
Adult children and professional caregivers test the installation and remote management features. If a product is hard to set up for a non-technical family member, we say so.
We write in plain English
Our reviews are written at a 7th-grade reading level. Every technical term is explained on first use. If your 80-year-old parent can't understand it, we rewrite it.
